A movie or TV show relies on the talents of many different people. Onset, they are organized into departments. Each department has many different roles.

A Performer who creates and or stages dance numbers.
Someone engaged to coach Performers in either script delivery or vocal techniques.
A Performer engaged to physically replace another Performer during camera set ups & blocking.
Any act, either individual or group, that is available as a rehearsed entity ready for performance prior to an engagement.
A Performer who manipulates hand puppets or marionettes.
A person who is engaged to appear on camera or who’s voice is heard off camera.
A Performer engaged to execute or interpret a role in a production off camera.
A Performer other than an Animation Performer engaged to perform narrative material on or off camera.
A Performer who introduces or links segments of a production. Eg. Master of Cememonies, Moderator, Quiz Master and Interviewer.
A Performer who performs choreographed dancing, swimming or skating either alone or with others.
A Performer engaged to voice a role in an animated production.
A Performer who sings alone or with others.
A Performer not otherwise classified as a Principal Performer, whose face is clearly recognizable on camera, reacts to the commercial message and has no lines.
A Performer who is engaged to demonstrate a product but whose face is not recognizable.
A Performer who is not required to give individual characterization, to speak or sing any word of dialogue, not required to perform a special skill.
